User shall provide 4C Corporate Services (4C) with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of User's account. 4C Corporate Services (4C) reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a 4C Corporate Services (4C) User in its discretion. User shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User's 4C Corporate Services (4C) password and other account information.
Your 4C Corporate Services (4C) account
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and documents, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. You must immediately notify 4C Corporate Services (4C) of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. 4C Corporate Services (4C) will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
Restrictions
You must not create multiple accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes, or with overlapping use cases. Mass account creation may result in suspension of all related accounts. Please note that any violation of these Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts. You must not publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another user’s browser or computer. You must not upload post, host, transmit or otherwise make available to others unsolicited or "spam" messages through the Services. You must not duplicate content over multiple accounts or multiple duplicate updates on one account.
Termination of Use
4C Corporate Services (4C) shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend, in its discretion, your access to all or part of the website at any time with or without notice for any reason. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your 4C Corporate Services (4C) account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a paid account, such account can only be terminated by 4C Corporate Services (4C) if you materially breach this Agreement, 4C Corporate Services (4C) can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service.
Warranties
User represents and warrants that: (i) with respect to all information it provides to 4C Corporate Services (4C), User has the full right and authority to make such provision and to allow 4C Corporate Services (4C) to use such information to provide the Service (including, without limitation, for 4C Corporate Services (4C) to provide such information to its data providers), (ii) none of the content (e.g. images) transmitted, uploaded or otherwise distributed by it (or its partners or any third party) through use of the Service will infringe or otherwise conflict with the rights of any third party.

The Website is provided "as is without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 4C Corporate Services (4C) makes no warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you upload content and obtain services through the Website at your own discretion and risk.

By signing up to the 4C Corporate Services (4C) email subscription service, you agree that you have read and acknowledge this information.
